You have a period of 14 working days (starting the day of delivery),  to return the package without having to give a reason for the return.

In order to be able to value the product in this period, the customer is allowed to judge the product as it is permitted in a normal shop.

Sextoys and underwear cannot be returned because of hygienic reasons. Only in case of  manufacturing defect, it is allowed to return.

The other articles can only be returned in the original packing and in undamaged condition.

For all cancellations, returns and exchanges, Erovibes.co.uk needs a written notification on forehand (email, post).

Please make sure to mention your full name and invoice number.

Make sure your return delivery has a sufficient postage, because we will not accept unstamped packages.
