If you are out at time of delivery don’t worry! You will be left a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept on hold for 14 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

When will I receive my package?

As soon as we receive your payment, we will immediately process and send your order.

If you pay online through  Visa, MasterCard or PayPal, your order is processed immediately.

If you choose a transfer, we will process your order as soon as our bank announces the reception of your payment.

What's the processing time of my order?

If you order before noon, and your order is in stock, it will be send the same day,(excluding bank holidays) We ship by post and it will take 2 to 4 working days.

What to do when there is a construction/manufacturing fault or damage?

If your product refuses to do what it is supposed to do, it's possible that there is a construction fault, or maybe it got damaged during shipping. In those cases, you can send back the product and we will send (without any costs) another one. We will pay back your shipment costs when we receive the damaged product.

Do the products have batteries?
