If you are out on time of delivery don’t worry! You will be left a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept on hold for 14 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
It is clearly written on the box that the postman is not allowed to deliver the package at your neighbours.

The invoice is put into the box and will not be sent separately.
